假如……

為什麼不成立國際獨立調查委員會徹查元朗黑夜？我這裡有一個大膽假設，甚至是一個毫無事實根據的嚴重抹黑。假如元朗黑夜的幕後黑手不單是鄉紳、村長、黑社會、西環契仔、親政府極端分子，而是中聯辦、中國共產黨政權，香港特別行政區有膽量公正地調查嗎？如果調查結論是中共弄出來，這是恐怖襲擊，港府能給內地冠上此污名？
