孕婦攝取葉酸的U型風險

















懷孕吃葉酸,有助胎兒骨骼和神經系統發育,但原來孕婦葉酸水平過低或過高,都會增加嬰兒患自閉症的風險……不過婦產專科陳少慧醫生提醒,留意到有孕婦有時會誤服「藥用葉酸」,每日攝取量達5000微克的高濃度葉酸,即孕婦建議最高攝取量的3至5倍。
