不只是閱讀，包括平常辦公也好，比較理想的坐姿是頭有枕（脖子可以放輕鬆）、肘有撐（肩膀可以放鬆）、背有靠（坐好坐滿）、腳有踏，就可以坐久一點……同一個姿勢固定太久也不好……另外一個指標是不要超過一個鐘頭。

Jimmy Lai

In August 1994, the Chinese government closed down the Beijing branch of Giordano, a chain of clothing stores owned by colorful Hong Kong entrepreneur Jimmy Lai. Also the founder of Next Magazine, Hong Kong's best-selling weekly, Lai had routinely criticized the PRC leadership, even calling Premier Li Peng "a turtle's egg with a zero IQ" and "a national shame".
