However, is there any conflict between independent working ability and teamwork spirit?
主管對我說：「Samson, 下學期你需要參與更多設置教科書銷售場地的工作，因為我們遲些可能不會僱用有經驗的兼職工作人員。」
"You need to involve more in coming semester regarding setting up the selling site of textbook. It is because we may not employ experienced part-time staff later on.", my boss said.
店長對主管說：「那些工作，Samson 會全權負責。」
"Samson will be in charge of those work", assistant supervisor said.
但是，在獨立工作能力和團隊合作精神之間有沒有衝突？
