話說老闆巡店當天我休息，前一天當然要整理好書架。Part-time 同事還想我替他疊銀埋數，叫我8:30pm 回收銀處，提出的藉口是他也要在兒童部執場，我口輕輕答應了他。到了8:30pm 我的工作仍未完成，上級問我有沒有叫 Part-time 同事疊銀，我們都認為他是怕埋錯數，沒有其他原因，因為兒童部當天還有另一位Part-time女同事值班。

重點不在上文。我們九點關門，大概 8:35pm，Part-time 男同事不斷用 Walkie Talkie 叫我返回收銀處。我亦在對講機說英文兒童書被小朋友弄到亂七八糟，我要先處理。當時，Part-time 男同事已經離開了收銀處，文具部副手在收處用對講機趾高氣揚說︰「同事係咪聽唔到 Walkie，用不用Check下個耳線有沒有壞，快關門了，仍未埋數。」大概 8:43pm，我完成工作返回收銀處，文具部副手即走。我就在對講機說︰「是不是要我一個人埋兩部收銀機？」上級便出來幫忙。要注意的是，當天店長休假。

那位文具部副手，是別店資深員工介紹進入本店工作，入職時是做主責收銀(主收)，她迫走了上一位文具部副手，之後連副收也不用做。她的工作是點貨、包裝、打價及陳列，來了一年多，採購單不懂出都算，退單也不願學怎樣做。她平時邊工作邊聊天，勾幫結派。對於這些城府極深的人，恥與為伍。
