Samson is not competent enough to be a registered nurse in Hong Kong although he has the licence. He just reaches the basic requirement as a customer service executive in a university bookstore. 隱瞞
父母已經將屯門物業出售，收了細訂。
然而，他們沒有將廁所天花鋼筋外露的問題告訴買家。
我們用金屬假天花覆蓋，之前只以透明噴漆遮蓋鋼筋，防止進一步氧化。
當對方驗樓，會否動怒? 不堪設想。
昨晚，買賣雙方在我家簽文件的時候，我只是望著洗手間天花呆想不作聲。
當買家小豆丁望著電視目不轉睛，筆者將視線轉移在小孩身上。
搬家有很多事情需要處理。
臨時租屋還是寄居在一位親戚家中?
因為那位親戚正租住四房單位。
大學筆記可棄置，因為好友當年已給我 soft copy.
大學用書不想倒進堆填區，未看完的小說散文又要找地方放置。
姐姐留在家的雜物是本人的兩倍，今晚要和她斟斟。
迷你倉的費用如何，棄置舊家具要不要找叔仔幫忙?
將來住在哪一區? 樓價會否持續飆升?
賣了屋財政鬆動了，母親大人勸告我再讀書。
去年，報讀理大OT沒面試機會，已有所洩氣。
GPA低的我沒有讀 Master 的條件，還未想好再讀些什麼。
繼續工作是吸收經驗的正途，但我這份工隨時會被AI取代。
