貓咪的寶石眼睛

貓眼晚上會反光的原因是因為牠們的眼睛構造中有一種特殊的結構叫做「脈絡膜毯」（Tapetum Lucidum）。這個結構能夠反射進入眼睛的微弱光線，增加視網膜上感光細胞接收的光線訊號，從而提升貓咪在昏暗環境下的夜視能力。此外，貓咪的眼睛中視桿細胞 (rod cells) 的數量也比人類多，這些細胞對光線非常敏感，有助於在低光環境下看見物體。因此，當有光線照射到貓眼時，我們就能看到它們的眼睛發出反光，這通常會呈現為黃綠色的光。這種反光不僅增強了貓咪的夜視能力，也是為什麼我們在夜間或昏暗環境中拍照時，常會看到貓眼睛發亮的原因。

畫地而守

「我不欲戰，畫地而守之，敵不得與我戰者，乖其所之也。」

「我軍不想打，即使輕易畫地防守，敵人也不可能前來與我交戰，這是因為誘使敵人改變了它的作戰方向。」

問題在於怎樣誘使對方改變他/她的作戰方向。

下文述︰「故形人而我無形，則我專而敵分。」

語譯︰「所以要使敵人暴露真形而我軍不露形跡，這樣我軍就可以集中兵力，而敵人不得不分散兵力。」

以我的理解，即使被挑釁，自己喜怒不凝於色，沉默寡言，專心工作，就能使他/她改變在職場上的權謀。對方說話多多，時時真形暴露，不太難對付。
